Ten Questions to Ponder Before Watching Game of Thrones 802

Tonight is a new episode of Game of Thrones, the second episode of the eighth and final season. For fun, I’ve put together ten yes-or-no questions that will be answered tonight. (This is non-spoilery, I swear. Unless you didn’t see episode 801… I guess.)

No one is required to play, or even tell me their answers/predictions. There is no prize for getting all of them right, or all of them wrong. The reward is just in playing along.

For the episode tonight…

1) Will elephants be mentioned in the episode? (I will also accept mentions of mammoths or mastadons as equivalent to elephants.)

2) Will Catelyn Stark be mentioned? (either by first name, full name, “mother”, etc.)

3) Will we see Melisandre?

4) Will the name Aegon be said more than once?

5) Will Dany ride Drogon in the episode?

6) Will Bran mention that he’s the Three Eyed Raven?

7) Will we see Bronn the sellsword somewhere other than King’s Landing or the castle of Winterfell? (The winter town outside Winterfell does not count as Winterfell.)

8) Will House Frey be mentioned?

9) Will Gendry finish Arya’s secret weapon in the episode?

10) Will Dany apologize to anyone?

Feel free to hope that your answers to the above questions come true. Get excited when something happens that you guessed would happen, get mad when the writers do other than you want. (This is a fan go-to move, really.)

Hope everyone enjoys tonight’s episode!

UPDATE: I watched the episode, and the answers to the above quiz can be found here.

(Comments are always welcome. Super welcome! But if you want to talk spoilery Game of Thrones talk with me (also welcome) I’d invite you to visit my Safe Spoilers page on my backup blog. That way my non-book-reading friends won’t be shocked with foreknowledge.)

If you liked this fun activity, thank you! I do a lot of writing about Game of Thrones. I have all of my related articles on my handy-dandy Game of Thrones page should you want to read more but don’t want to navigate around my site.
